Our driving philosophy is to hire people who look for solutions to problems for our clients–and who are willing to learn a new skill if that will provide the solution. We like learning about our client’s businesses because that helps us build the best tools for their success.
Chris Muldrow
CEO
He helped build Fredericksburg.com and worked with newspapers, local businesses and nonprofit organizations across the United States to establish their online brands.
Chris is a writer, a programmer, an IT geek, a numbers nerd, a business strategist, a husband and a dad.
He has a journalism degree from the University of South Carolina Honors College and lives in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Vicky James
Development Manager
Vicky James has worked in front-end web development since 1998. She also has a background in graphic communications and design.
Vicky does site development, custom coding and design, ad campaign management and client training. She has a business administration and marketing degree from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Vicky enjoys listening to classic rock and metal and plays the electric guitar.
Tamara Muldrow
CFO
Tamara has also been extensively involved in adult literacy programs in Alabama and Virginia and has done grant research for an innovative youth creative writing program in Birmingham.
Tamara has a bachelor of science degree in biology from the University of South Carolina Honors College and a master of science degree in biology from the University of Virginia. She has published work in yeast biology.
Alex Russell
Web Applications Developer and Data Nerd
Alex Russell is a seasoned full-stack Web developer with over 25 years of experience managing and developing Web sites. His specializes in creating custom database-backed applications with web-based front ends.
He began his career at the Fredericksburg Free Lance-Star, where he served for over 18 years as a Web editor and developer for Fredericksburg.com.
Alex enjoys gourmet cuisine, international travel, kayaking, camping and getting into heated debates about the Oxford Comma. He also volunteers as an Emergency Medical Technician for the Fredericksburg Rescue Squad.
